C.R.A.V.E. the Limit Tired of being bored this summer? Make sure you check out your C.R.A.V.E. summer calendar for upcoming activities. On July 23, your student ministry is doing dinner and a movie a little different. Sometimes there's more to things than meet the eye. Some things are obvious and some not so much. Like when your equilibrium and balance meet the G-forces provided by your friendly rides at Six Flags. The Batman, Superman, Goliath and others will be more than happy to provide you with a collision of consciousness that will leave your head spinning. Join your C.R.A.V.E. staff on Wednesday, July 30 for a crazy day of coasters and fun. Sign up through a summer brochure or stop into the student office to get more details. Tickets for the 2nd Annual Taste of Frazer will go on sale July 13, and will also be sold July 20 and July 27. There will be a table set up in the Atrium. Tickets are only $10 and the proceeds go to support the Community Ministry United Appeal Fund. Come taste great food prepared by 100 of Frazer's best cooks. Doors open in Wesley Hall at 6pm.
Saturday, July 12, Frazer's Fellowship of Christian Riders will once again be riding in His service to others. The group will meet in the west parking lot (next to the Bookstore) at 7 a.m. and ride to the Selma UMC Children's Home where several children will be added to the convoy (in their own vehicle.) The children will then be escorted to Barber's Motorsports Park and Museum for a day of fun for the kids.... and riders! All riders are welcome and are encouraged to join in this ride to help bring a little joy into the lives of these children. |
