The UMVIM team from Frazer UMC is working at the Pilon, Cuba United Methodist Church with about 10 local stone and brick masons. Our team arrived in Havana Friday morning at about 9:30 a.m. to be greeted by cooler, breezy weather related to Hurricane Thomas. The Cuba team flew to Miami yesterday, stayed overnight and continued the trip with another flight to Cuba this morning as scheduled. They arrived on schedule and were greeted with beautiful weather. The November Cuba Mission team will be traveling to Pilon, Cuba to repair a Methodist Church that was destroyed by Hurricane Dennis in 2005.
